Garrett Alley

Garrett Alley currently serves as the Technical Documentation Lead at Tecton since September 2024. Previously, at SingleStore from January 2020, Garrett held the positions of Technical Publications Manager and Senior Manager of Technical Documentation, where a team was built to document the SingleStore Database product and quality issues were addressed through improved procedures. Prior roles include Lead Technical Writer at Autonomic, Director of Technical Documentation at GridGain Systems, and Sr. Technical Publications Manager at Alooma, which was acquired by Google. Garrett has also worked as a Sr. Technical Content Developer at Ayasdi and held various managerial positions in Technical Publications at RSA (An EMC Company), Silver Tail Systems, Cisco, and Vianeta Communications. Education was completed at Cañada College with an AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
