Dr Warren Ong

Dr Warren Ong 翁明武 has a diverse work experience in various healthcare-related roles. Dr Warren currently serves as the Head of Health Services at Singlife since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Committee Member at the Singapore Medical Association's Telemedicine Workgroup starting from February 2020. Dr Warren also served as an Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor at the American College of Surgeons starting from April 2016. Dr Ong has also held positions at Alliance Healthcare Group as the Medical Director of Digital Health from December 2019 to September 2021, at Jaga-Me Mobile Health as the Medical Director from January 2021 to August 2021, and as a Medical Advisor from December 2019 to January 2021. Their earlier experiences include serving as a Family Medicine Resident at the National Healthcare Group from July 2018 to December 2019, a Medical Officer at the Ministry of Health (Singapore) from January 2018 to July 2018, and as a Medical Officer from September 2017 to January 2018. Dr Ong also worked as a Research/Business Development Intern at Holmusk in June and July 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Staff Officer at the Singapore Armed Forces' Soldier Performance Centre from March 2016 to April 2017. Dr Warren began their medical career as a Medical Officer and House Officer at the Ministry of Health (Singapore) between May 2014 and December 2015.

Dr. Warren Ong 翁明武 has a diverse education background. Dr Warren holds a Master's Degree in Public Health, a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine, and a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine, all from the National University of Singapore. Dr Warren also earned a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the same institution. Additionally, Dr. Ong obtained a Membership of Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) with a specialization in Surgery. Dr Warren has also obtained various certifications, including Human Centered Design Fundamentals from Hyper Island Asia and Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health from the Royal Society of Public Health. Dr Warren has also completed courses in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Aesthetic Medicine, and Emergency Medical Service Medical Director Course (Advanced & General).
