Geng Yu L.

Geng Yu L. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their professional journey as an Intern at the Ministry of National Development Singapore, where they handled various tasks related to the Eco-City-Project Office. Following that, they worked at the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a Security Trooper and later as an Administrative Support Assistant. They also worked as an Assistant Academic Coach at Ascend English School, where they provided academic support and guided teenagers. Geng Yu L. then joined Uber as a Brand Ambassador and later became a Team Leader, managing a team of 15 members. They also served as a Software Engineer Intern at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore. Geng Yu L. further gained experience in cybersecurity as a Cybersecurity Intern at DSO National Laboratories. They later joined DSO National Laboratories as a Member of Technical Staff before joining Singlife as Vice President, Information Security.

Geng Yu L. completed a Bachelor of Computing degree with a focus on Information Security from the National University of Singapore from 2017 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, Geng Yu L. obtained the Offensive Security Certified Professional certification from Offensive Security in 2020 and the Offensive Security Wireless Professional certification from the same institution in an unspecified year. Furthermore, Geng Yu L. achieved the Certified Red Team Expert certification from Altered Security in January 2023.
