Tina N.

Tina N. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tina is currently working at Singlife as the VP People Systems and Analytics since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the People Operations Lead at Singlife from July 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Singlife, Tina worked at Aviva as a People Business Partner from September 2016. Tina started their career at Crowe Horwath First Trust LLP as an Assistant HR Manager, where they worked from September 2008 to August 2016.

Tina N. completed their Diploma in Business and Human Resource Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese Linguistics and Literature from HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Tina also obtained certifications in the field of Agile and Scrum. Tina became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance® in 2019, and they also hold the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) designation from The International Consortium for Agile.
