Ahsin Shakil

Ahsin Shakil is a Principal Technical Specialist at Optus since June 2022, previously serving as a Solutions Architect - Telco at BAI Communications where notable achievements included leading 5G innovation and implementing end-to-end solutions for open networks. Prior to that, Ahsin was an E2E Solutions Architect at TeleResources Engineering, focusing on 5G network design and planning for Telecom Malaysia. Ahsin has extensive experience at Huawei Technologies as Manager of Planning & Optimization, contributing to the evolution of networks from 2G to LTE, and has also held consulting roles at Nokia. Ahsin holds an education degree from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
