Lisa Blewitt

Lisa Blewitt is an accomplished Learning & Development leader with extensive experience in organizational capability and talent management. Currently serving as the Learning & Apprenticeship Director at BT Group since November 2019, Lisa leads the delivery of learning and leadership experiences, focusing on strategy development for impactful colleague experiences. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Director and Group Head of Learning & Development at Centrica, where responsibilities included shaping a global L&D strategy and transforming L&D through the creation of academies. Additional experience includes leadership positions at British Gas, Everything Everywhere Ltd, and Orange, demonstrating a consistent track record in enhancing learning and development functions across various organizations. Lisa holds an MBA from The Open University and a BA (Hons) in Management & Administration from New College Durham.
