Bianca Gorgoglione

Bianca Gorgoglione has been with Optus since July 2013, ascending through various roles, ultimately serving as the Director of AI Emerging Experiences & Partners. Bianca has significantly contributed to building a dedicated team that shapes innovative customer experiences across key initiatives such as Endless Data, 5G Home Internet, and Digital eSIM. Bianca's work encompasses end-to-end customer experience design, ensuring alignment across all customer touchpoints. Previous roles include Experience Lead, CX Design Launch Lead, and CX Transformation Lead, wherein Bianca drove multiple high-priority projects and improvements in customer experience. Bianca's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) and a Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) from Bond University, complemented by an international placement at Airtel in India and participation in a Graduate Accelerated Development Program.
