Jessica Touma

Jessica Touma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales support within the ICT industry. Currently serving as the Cisco Alliance Marketing Manager and previously as a Licensing & Product Specialist at Optus since May 2015, Jessica has developed a strong background in customer solutions and cloud services. In various roles at Optus, including ICT Operations & Renewals Manager and ICT Sales Support Team Leader, Jessica has successfully managed teams and supported sales efforts. Prior experience includes positions at Alphawest, Lexmark International (Australia) Pty Ltd, Saxons IT Solutions, and Matrix CNI.
