John Farah

John Farah has over a decade of technology and operations experience, currently serving as the Channel Tech Support & Ops Manager at Optus since October 2014. Prior roles at Optus include Senior Technology Operations Analyst, Senior Support and Operations Analyst, and Service Analyst. Prior to Optus, John worked as an IT Desktop Engineer at NCSI from July 2010 to October 2014, where the organization provided IT services across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Earlier in his career, John was the Office Manager at Pend Investments Pty Ltd T/A Nader Jewellers from July 2003 to March 2009, overseeing operations at a luxury jewellery retailer. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, Political Economy, and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney, completed between 2000 and 2003.
