Ritu Sinha currently serves as the Director of Commercial Operations and Customer Experience at Optus, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial operations and customer experience for the Optus Wholesale and Satellite divisions since November 2019. Previously, Ritu held the position of Director at CX Transformation, focusing on facilitating customer-centric sustainable growth and providing end-to-end services from strategy development to execution. During a brief tenure in 2019, Ritu was the Chief Customer Officer at Gateway Bank and prior to that, spent six years at Telstra in various roles, including General Manager for Service Transformation and Digitisation. Ritu's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at organizations such as Westpac, Suncorp, and the Commonwealth Bank, along with a background in research management at Ansett Australia and credit analysis at Westpac. Ritu holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Business Management and an Executive Course in Strategic Management from AGSM at UNSW Business School.
