Wenbo Shi has a diverse background in energy research, entrepreneurship, and academia. Wenbo is currently working as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Technical Committee on Carbon Neutrality. Prior to this, they founded Singularity Energy in 2018 and served as the CEO, where they developed an intelligent grid decarbonization platform. Wenbo Shi pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information and Communications Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Wenbo then proceeded to The University of British Columbia, where they completed their Master of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering between 2009 and 2011.
