Stefan Rinck

Stefan Rinck (born 1958 in Bonn-Beuel, Germany) studied Engineering with a Major in Production Technology at the Rheinisch-Westfaelischen Technischen Hochschule (RWTH) in Aachen. Following his graduation as Dipl.-Ing., from 1987 until 1992 he worked at the Institute for Hydraulics and Pneumatics at RWTH as a scientific assistant. In the course of joint industrial research he was involved in the development of hydraulic systems and earned a doctorate’s degree for this subject.

In 1992 Dr. Rinck joined the Mannesmann Rexroth AG. From 1993 to 1999 he worked in several functions and business areas as Division Manager for Sales & Distribution as well as Development. He was appointed to the management body of the Mannesmann Rexroth AG in Lohr am Main in 1999. Two years later, in 2001, Dr.-Ing. Rinck took over the position as Business Manager Technology of the Bosch Rexroth AG for the business unit Mobile Hydraulics.

In 2003 Stefan Rinck was made Spokesman of the Management Board of Linde Material Handling and Division Board Member of the Linde AG, Wiesbaden, where he led the global forklift activities.

In September 2009 Stefan Rinck became member of the Executive Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and has been the company’s Chief Executive Officer since 2010. In addition, Stefan Rinck is a member of the Main Executive Board of the VDMA and Chairman of the Committee for Research and Innovation.
