Seetharamsing Balamkundu

Seetharamsing Balamkundu, Ph.D., PMP®, is a seasoned professional in chemical development and medicinal chemistry with extensive experience across various esteemed institutions. Currently serving as a Consultant in Chemical Development at Singzyme since January 2023, Seetharamsing leads innovative chemical process projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In parallel, a Senior Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, Seetharamsing spearheads structure-based drug discovery initiatives targeting Artemisinin-resistant malarial pathogens. Previous roles include Research Scientist at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology Centre and extensive contributions in drug discovery at AMRI. Seetharamsing holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and an Advanced Diploma in Patent Law.
