Dandan Cheng

Dandan Cheng has worked in various roles in the technology and business industry since 1997. Dandan began their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager and was responsible for business development and marketing, project management, and business process design and implementation. Her clients were mainly in the high technology and consumer products industries. In 2005, they moved to A.T. Kearney as an Associate, where they were responsible for strategy design and development, with key clients in the financial industry, FMCG, and government. In 2006, they joined eBay China as Country Manager of CN CBT Marketplace, Head of Great China Electronics/Parts&Accessories Verticals, and Head of CN CBT Marketplace Development. In these roles, they reported into the Great China CEO and COO, respectively, and led teams in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. Dandan doubled China revenue and improved buyer experience by 150%, and grew annual revenue by 4 times. In 2014, they joined HotelClub (an Orbitz Worldwide company) as VP, MD of Asia and VP, MD of China. Finally, in 2016, they became COO & Co-Founder of Sinorbis, an international group headquartered in Sydney that aims to revolutionize the way companies and organizations do business online in China. In this role, they are in charge of global business operations for Sinorbis, manages the Chinese team, and is responsible for China P&L.

Dandan Cheng completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science from Fudan University between 1992 and 1997, with a field of study in Computer Science.
