Additionally, Theo was the owner of Yogacentrum Landgraaf and Slidedans, where they held leadership positions. They have also been involved in research at Open Universiteit, focusing on the use of rubrics with video examples to assess skills in secondary education. At KNGU, Theo served as a dance teacher and instructor.
