Nissandro Domingues serves as the Head of Quality at Sinto Brasil Produtos Limitada since January 2023, overseeing quality control for raw materials and product release for steel shots and grits. Previous experience includes roles as a Process and Product Engineer at Mextra Engenharia Extrativa de Metais Ltda, focusing on the development of various metal alloys, and as a Technology Researcher at ISIMLE - CIT SENAI, where Nissandro coordinated an R&D team in metal alloys and conducted innovative research for the automotive industry. Nissandro has a rich background as a Senior Metallurgist Researcher at USIMINAS, providing technical support and optimizing manufacturing processes, and has also contributed as an Assistant Professor in materials science. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's Degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, and certifications in Quality Engineering from the American Society for Quality.
