William Stout

William Stout, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of education and athletics. William has served as the Director of Health and Safety Services at Sinton ISD since December 2021. In this role, they oversee student-athlete engagement and collaboration, resulting in academic all-district selections. William is also involved in recruitment, video coordination, and offensive preparation for the football team.

Prior to their current position, Stout was the Head Football Coach at Wasilla High School from 2016 to 2018. William implemented leadership strategies and retention schemes that led to increased student-athlete participation and varsity wins. William also played a key role in creating a Football Player and Parent Contract.

Stout also worked as the Assistant Athletic Director and Offensive Coordinator at Santa Maria High School from 2013 to 2016. William was responsible for program activities, purchase orders, and the development of an athletic handbook. During their tenure, student-athlete participation and wins significantly improved.

Before joining Santa Maria High School, Stout served as the Special Teams Coordinator and Offensive/Defensive Line Coach for the Sharyland Sting Semi-Professional Football Team from 2011 to 2013. William contributed to game planning and actively collaborated with the offensive and defensive lines.

Their earlier experience includes working as the Head Coach at LASARA ISD from 2010 to 2013. In this role, they focused on training, playbooks, and overall program optimization. Under their leadership, the football program saw increased participation and they played a role in establishing the Strength and Conditioning Program.

William Stout, PhD, completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education from Northcentral University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Oral Roberts University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009.
