Matthew Meyer

Matthew is an experienced life science executive who has held diverse leadership roles of increasing responsibility across a wide range of private and public biopharma, Medtech, and diagnostics companies from start-ups to Fortune 50 in the U.S. and Europe, including Pfizer, Novartis, Allscripts, and CareDx. His leadership capabilities include scaling companies through to successful exits (IPO and private sales), general management, delivery of strong commercial results, structuring and executing complex transactions across the product life cycle, raising debt and equity capital in private and public markets, and collaborating closely with founders, investors, peers, and boards to address complex business issues to support growth and value creation for the ultimate benefit of patient care.

Matthew earned his law degree from Villanova University and has a BA in Government, cum laude, from Cornell University.
