Monique E. Scarlett

Monique E. Scarlett has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years. Monique started their career as a manager at Bank of America in March 2000. In September 2012, they left Bank of America to become a personal banker at Northwest Bank. Monique held this position until September 2017 when they left to join the Sioux City Community School District Board.

Monique E. Scarlett has a degree in psychology from Briar Cliff University and a diploma in criminal justice/police science from the University of South Dakota. Monique also has a diploma with honors in general studies from West High School.
