Richard Nguyen

Richard Nguyen is the Director of Product Management and Strategy at Sipartech. Richard also serves as the Board Treasurer at France-IX. Richard has a background in various management roles in companies such as Zayo Group, Costern Consulting, and Foster Wheeler. Richard holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, and an MEng in Telecommunications Engineering from ENSEIRB-MATMECA.
