Wieslaw Dalkowski

Wieslaw Dalkowski currently serves as a Test & Product staff engineer at SiPearl since February 2025. Prior to this role, Dalkowski was the Test & Product engineering manager at Kalray, where responsibilities included the development of product industrialization flow and test development strategies from February 2019 to February 2025. Dalkowski has also held leadership positions at STMicroelectronics as a Test/Product Engineering Leader, focusing on industrial test solutions for imager sensor products, and as a Test/Product senior engineer at ST Ericsson, managing advanced test methodologies. Earlier experience includes managing a team and validating IP libraries at STMicroelectronics since August 2000. Dalkowski holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in microelectronics and automation from Polytech Montpellier.
