Marla Gomez

Marla Gomez is a seasoned Principal Engineer and Director at Intel Corporation, with a career spanning from June 2004 to the present. Marla leads the IT User Experience (UX) team, overseeing UX researchers, designers, and training experts, while also guiding the user experience function for the Enterprise IT division. Under Marla's leadership, the team has implemented agile product teams, developed UX standards, and transformed the IT User Experience function to enhance corporate initiatives and employee satisfaction. Previously, Marla held various roles at Intel, including User Experience Manager and Research Lead, significantly contributing to corporate investments in employee experience improvements.
