Noel Menezes

Noel Menezes is a highly experienced professional in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering, currently serving as the Director of Strategic CAD Labs at Intel since 2000. Prior to this role, Noel held a position as a Manager at Intel and worked as a Graduate Research Intern at IBM in 1991. Noel completed a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1995, following a Master’s degree in the same field from the same institution between 1988 and 1990. Noel began academic pursuits with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, earned in 1988.
