Frank Esparraga

Frank Esparraga is a seasoned professional in research and publishing, currently serving as a Research Editor at SIPRI since November 2017. Prior to this role, Frank worked as an Editor and Publications Manager at the Institute for Security and Development Policy from August 2016 to November 2017. Frank also gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at Försvarshögskolan from December 2015 to June 2016. Educationally, Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from The University of Notre Dame Australia, supplemented by studies at Uppsala University and Boston College.
