Braham Lyons

Head of Culture at Sipsmith

Braham Lyons is the current Head of Culture at Sipsmith. Prior to this, Braham worked as an HR Advisor at the British Film Institute from July 2018 to August 2019. In this role, Braham provided advice on a range of employee relations issues, built relationships with key internal stakeholders, and advised on the implementation of organisational change programmes. Braham also coordinated training, including delivering organisation-wide Diversity & Inclusion training for all staff.

Braham Lyons has a Masters of Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. Braham also has an Intermediate Business Administration Apprenticeship from Westminster Kingsway College. For their A levels, they studied English, Drama and Theatre Studies, Philosophy and Ethics, Politics at Latymer Upper School. Braham also has certification from Barefoot Coaching Ltd in Fundamentals of Coaching and Mental Health Foundation in Mental Health First Aider.
