Fiona Humphries PIEMA has extensive experience in sustainability and compliance roles. Fiona has worked in various organizations, such as Sipsmith and SM Contracts Ltd, implementing integrated management systems and achieving certifications like ISO standards. Fiona has also held technical and management positions in organizations like BRCGS, ABTA, and London Development Agency, focusing on sustainability strategies and responsible sourcing. Their career includes freelance consultancy work at FH Associates, operational management at Action Sustainability, and strategic roles at the London Development Agency and British Standards Institution.

Fiona Humphries PIEMA completed their BA (Hons) in Performing Arts at Middlesex University from 1992 to 1995. Fiona then pursued an Advanced Certificate in Marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2002-2003. Later, Fiona achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainability and Environmental Management with distinction at Staffordshire University from 2006 to 2008. Furthermore, they obtained a Diploma in Creative Writing and Literature from The Open University in 2011-2012. In 2021, they completed an NCFE Cache Level 3 Award in Counselling Skills & Theory at Kington College. Currently, Fiona is studying for an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes at Metanoia Institute, starting in 2022 and expected to finish in 2025.
