With extensive experience in the IT field, Marcellous has been serving as I.T. Support and SharePoint Administrator at Sir Arthur Lewis Community College since September 2018, where responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software, alongside setting up computers and peripherals for various users. Prior experience includes a 17-year tenure as a Customer Service Representative at Sagicor Life Insurance Company.
