Chris Brown

Chris Brown has extensive experience in the culinary industry, having held various positions in different establishments. Chris began their career in 2008 as a Sous Chef at Jurys Inn Hotel Group, where they worked until 2011. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Jr Sous Chef at Shark Club Bar and Grilll. In 2012, they joined Sir John Fitzgeralds, initially as a Senior Chef de Partie, before being promoted to Head Chef from 2014 to 2015. Chris then worked at The Gentleman as a Head Chef for a brief period in 2015 before joining City Tavern, where they served as a Senior Sous Chef until 2017. Chris then returned to Sir John Fitzgerald as a Senior Sous Chef, a position they held until 2021 when they were promoted to the role of Head Chef.

Chris Brown attended St Cuthberts High School but no further details are available regarding the degree obtained or field of study pursued.
