Paul Jewell has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as the Head Chef at Sir John Fitzgerald Ltd since October 1996. Previously, Paul held the position of Head Chef at Fenwick from July 2000 to July 2002. Paul received culinary education at Yorkshire Coast from 1992 to 1995, and also studied in Whitby.
