Jonathan’s earlier career began as a chef in some of Sydney’s finest restaurants and venues such as Catalina and Sheraton on the Park leading to the formation of his own business, Wild Rocket Catering.
Most recently Jonathan was the Business Operations Manager for Bonnie Doon Golf Club, one of Australia’s most prestigious and influential golf clubs, where he oversaw the catering operations across multiple venues at the club with a focus on delivering high end corporate events and weddings, whilst seeing to the needs of the club’s 1400 discerning members.
With formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery, Education, Design, WH&S and Aviation, Jonathan brings a unique skill set to Montefiore which will enable the continuing focus of high-end service delivery and safety.
