Shaden Alkalash

Shaden Alkalash has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shaden currently works at sirar by stc, where they hold the role of Corporate Growth - Partnerships and Alliances Lead. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Strategy Senior Supervisor at sirar, where they played a key role in developing the company's 5-year corporate strategy and its execution roadmap. Before joining sirar, Shaden worked at stc, where they held multiple positions including Senior HR Strategy and PMO Specialist, HR Learning and Development Specialist, and Senior HR Learning & Development Analyst - PMO. Shaden also has experience working as a Project Manager at STC Solutions and as a Business Manager at OLAYAN FOOD SERVICES COMPANY LTD. Shaden's early career includes a role as a System Engineer at Cisco and a summer internship at Arab National Bank.

Shaden Alkalash obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University in the years 2011 to 2016. Shaden is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Corporate Leaders from IE Business School, with a focus on executive strategy from the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. Shaden has also received additional certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), executive strategy, leadership, and project management professional (PMP).
