Hye Jin De Fraiture

Hye Jin de Fraiture has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Hye Jin started their career as an Intercedent/Accountmanager at Tempo Team in 1998 and worked there until 2002. Hye Jin then joined Diagnosis4Health as a Human Resources Manager and remained in that role until 2007. Hye Jin then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Park Hotel from 2007 to 2012. Hye Jin then moved to Europe Hotels Private Collection and served as a Regional HR Manager from 2013 to 2015, followed by a promotion to Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2017. Hye Jin'smost recent role was with Sircle Collection, where they started as a VP People & Culture in 2017 and then transitioned to become the Director of Learning and Development in 2022.

Hye Jin de Fraiture obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Hotelschool The Hague between 1994 and 1998. Between 2002 and 2006, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) where they pursued studies in Beleid, communicatie & organisatie. In 2020, Hye Jin de Fraiture completed a Postgraduate Degree in Opleidingskunde at the ICM opleidingen & trainingen, which lasted until 2021.
