Elsa Nadia Aryanti

Elsa Nadia Aryanti's work experience includes an internship as a Key Account Executive at SIRCLO in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Analyst at Yayasan Anak Bangsa Bisa from February to July 2022. In 2021, they participated in an apprenticeship held by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Indonesia, under the Kampus Merdeka Program, where they served as a Data and Artificial Intelligence Analyst at Microsoft from August to December 2021. In 2020, they worked as a Staff of Human Resources Development Bureau at Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Ekonomi (HIMIESPA) FEB UGM, where they managed intra-organizational dynamics and supervised department performance. Elsa Nadia also conducted quarterly evaluations. From 2018 to 2020, they held multiple roles at Forum Studi dan Diskusi Ekonomi (FSDE) UGM, including Marketing Communications Manager and Staff of Marketing and Communication. In these roles, they handled FSDE's social media and communication platforms, worked with the design department on content publication, managed external partnerships with news outlets, and wrote press-release articles.
