Gadis Lukman

Gadis Lukman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gadis is currently the VP of People, Culture and Corporate Communications at SIRCLO, where they lead teams in employer branding, talent acquisition, HR operations, and communication. Gadis also spearheads integration efforts in recent mergers and acquisitions. Prior to SIRCLO, Gadis was the Head of People Operations at SIRCLO and Head of Marketing & Sales at SweetEscape, where they were responsible for driving high-quality leads and conversion through various marketing channels. Gadis also launched Style Theory in Jakarta as a Market Launcher and set up the company's operations and marketing strategies. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Success associate at Happy5, assisting clients in culture and performance development. Gadis also has experience in internal communications and social entrepreneurship, having worked at DBS Bank as a CSR and Internal Communications Officer. Furthermore, they held positions at Young Leaders for Indonesia Foundation, Kalung Drupadi, ExxonMobil, On That Point Institute, and Edelman Indonesia, where they gained valuable experience in program management, co-founding a company, internships, and PR-related activities.

Gadis Lukman completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the Department of Communication at the University of Indonesia. Gadis attended this program from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they had a brief exchange student experience at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Before their university studies, Gadis Lukman attended Saint Ursula Senior High School from 2006 to 2009, where they focused on Social Sciences. In addition to their formal education, Gadis Lukman obtained the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in November 2019.
