Harsha Prathama

Harsha Prathama began their work experience in 2012 as a Mentor at Universitas Pelita Harapan, where they were responsible for developing and guiding 12 mentees. They also held the position of Chief Mentor for the Business School, overseeing the development of mentors and activities within the faculty of economy. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Mentor, managing a team of 261 mentors and 38 chief mentors. Their responsibilities included planning mentoring activities, organizing events, and training mentors.

In 2015, Harsha Prathama worked as a Marketing and Sales Supervisor at PT Sinar Jaya Cemerlang for a brief period. They then joined INTI CAKRAWALA CITRA, PT (indogrosir) as a Member Service Manager, where they maintained relationships with over 5,000 members through surveys and promotional programs.

From 2019 onwards, Harsha Prathama joined SIRCLO, initially as a Key Account Executive. They managed various aspects of the e-commerce selling process, including stock management, campaigns, and communication with clients and e-commerce platforms. In 2020, they were promoted to Key Account Manager, leading a key account team responsible for revenue and profit consistency for clients in the food and beverage industries. They ensured that all commercial activities met targets and objectives, while also managing daily tasks related to e-commerce operations. In July 2021, they further advanced to the role of Senior Key Account Manager.
