Rabila Namira

Rabila Namira has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Rabila joined SIRCLO in 2022 as a Store Operations Executive, responsible for overseeing the supply of brands for e-commerce sales, monitoring business performance metrics, and organizing online store production outputs to meet consumer demands and quality standards. Prior to this, they worked at DACHIN ETECH GLOBAL as an E-Commerce Operation staff in 2021, where they managed three different stores of an Automotive brand, maintained store productivity, and coordinated with other departments for efficient order processing. In 2019, Rabila worked as a Production Intern at PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, where they identified moisture loss during the flour mixing process, observed the production process of wheat flour, and gained knowledge about the flow and uses of various machines.

Rabila Namira completed the Digital Marketing Bootcamp Batch 19 at Rakamin Academy in 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they studied at Universitas Padjadjaran where they earned a Bachelor of Food Technology degree. Alongside their formal education, Rabila has obtained various additional certifications. In 2022, they completed the "Intro to Product Management" course at RevoU. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "Intro to Data Analytics Mini Course" and "Intro to Digital Marketing Mini Course" from RevoU. In the same year, Rabila also obtained the certification "Pendamping Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah" from Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Institut Pertanian Bogor. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Halal Assurance System (HAS) 23000 and SNI 99001:2016 Awareness Training" and "Comprehensive Food Safety Management System (GMP-ISO/TS 22002-1:2009, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000 version 5) Awareness Training" from Saff Solution in 2021 and 2020 respectively. In 2019, they obtained certifications in "Good Manufacturing Practice Awareness Training," "Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Awareness Training," "ISO 22000:2018," and "Good Laboratory Practice" from Mina Indonesia and Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknologi Industri Pangan Unpad.
