Rico Triwijaya

Rico Triwijaya has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rico currently works at SIRCLO as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager. Prior to this, Rico worked at Orami as an HR/GA Manager, where they were responsible for obtaining, analyzing, and reporting on data that informed strategic and operational decisions. Rico also held the role of Talent Management Specialist at Orami, where they successfully improved the recruitment process. Before Orami, Rico served as an Operations Manager at PT. Gelato Inspirasi Lokal and PT. Maluku Maya Mandiri. Rico also worked as a Sales Manager at PT. Cipta Karya Sejati and as an Internal Auditor at Kawan Lama Corporate. Rico's earlier work experience includes the role of Sales Executive at CV. Gunung Mas.

Rico Triwijaya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kwik Kian Gie School of Business in the years 2006 to 2010.
