Xezly's work experience begins in 2018 with Grab, where they worked as a Business Development Executive and City Business Development & Partnership. They then moved on to PT Astragraphia Xprins Indonesia in 2019 as a Business Development Executive. In 2020, they joined Bizzy Indonesia as a Business Development Associate, responsible for strategic BD planning and execution. Currently, Xezly is working at SIRCLO as a Business Development Enterprise, focusing on identifying business opportunities and building a strong pipeline.

Xezly completed a Bachelor's degree in communication and community development from IPB University between the years 2013 and 2017.
