Gretchen Hall, CRCMP, PMP has extensive work experience in risk management, operational and compliance risk advisory, and supply chain and procurement. Gretchen currently holds the position of Senior Director, Alliances at Sirion since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Director, Advisory Supply Chain, Procurement, and Third Party Risk at KPMG US from November 2020 to March 2022. From August 2019 to June 2020, they served as the Senior Director, Risk Management - Chief Data Officer at Early Warning®. Gretchen also worked as Director, Operational and Compliance Risk Advisory at KPMG US from April 2016 to August 2019. Before that, they held the position of Director, VP - Operational Risk Management - Governance, Framework & Control at U.S. Bank from August 2009 to April 2016. Gretchen'sprevious roles also include Principal Consultant at Sogeti from February 2008 to August 2009, and QA Consultant / Test Lead Roles at U.S. Bank and Marshall BankFirst Corp from April 2007 to February 2008. Gretchen started their career as a Technical Analyst and Senior Internal Auditor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis from April 2001 to October 2004. Gretchen also worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Marsh & McLennan Companies from July 1997 to July 1998.

Gretchen Hall, CRCMP, PMP, holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Accounting from the University of Minnesota, specializing in the field from 1991 to 1995.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Gretchen has earned several certifications. Gretchen obtained the Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) designation from the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP) in December 2017. Gretchen also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in April 2009.

Furthermore, Gretchen recently obtained the SirionLabs Certified CLM Consultant certification from SirionLabs in April 2022.
