Cassie Hatzenbeller

Cassie Hatzenbeller has extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion. Starting in 2015, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Culture at Mitchell & Titus, LLP, where they focused on bringing in diverse talent and fostering a positive work environment. In 2018, they joined Talents Without Frontiers as the Head of Talent Acquisition and D&I, leading efforts to recruit diverse candidates and promote inclusion. In 2021, Cassie co-founded Secourra, a company dedicated to helping disadvantaged businesses and candidates thrive. Finally, in 2023, they took on the role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SiriusPoint, continuing their work in talent acquisition on a global scale.

Cassie Hatzenbeller holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Long Island University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Additionally, Cassie has a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from eCornell.
