Samantha Kyme

Samantha Kyme is currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at SiriusPoint since October 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Counsel in Legal and Compliance. Prior to SiriusPoint, Samantha worked at Walkers as Vice President of Professional Services, providing corporate secretarial and governance support to Bermuda companies. Experience includes a role as Junior Legal Counsel at Enstar Group and Corporate Counsel at Partner Reinsurance Company Ltd., where functions encompassed general corporate legal work and public company compliance with SEC and NYSE regulations. Early career included an Associate position at Appleby, focusing on insurance/reinsurance and general corporate law. Educational qualifications consist of a Legal Practice Certificate from the University of the West of England, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dalhousie University.
