Michelle Akl

Michelle Akl serves as the Group Director of Marketing & Communications for Sirius International Holding's technology vertical since July 2023, overseeing the marketing department's efforts in technology investment and digital transformation across 25+ subsidiaries in over 12 countries. In addition to this role, Michelle has been freelancing as the Head of Marketing for Hospitality and Real Estate, driving brand strategies for investors in the UAE and Saudi Arabia since June 2023. Previous experience includes a Senior Marketing Manager position at Marjan, where Michelle focused on the corporate brand and marketing strategy for Al Marjan Island, and as Marketing & Communications Manager at Dubai Holding, where responsibilities included managing promotional activities for Dubai Harbour Marina. Earlier roles include Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation and Marketing Assistant at NPP Creative. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Media & Communication from Örebro University.
