Laura Ledgard

Laura Ledgard has over 13 years of experience in compliance roles within the insurance industry. Laura most recently worked at SiriusPoint, where they served as the Interim Head of UK Compliance from May 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they held the position of Compliance Manager at SiriusPoint from March 2021 to May 2023. Before joining SiriusPoint, Laura worked at Canopius Group as a Compliance Manager from March 2020 to March 2021. Laura also served as a Compliance Officer at Hiscox from January 2019 to March 2020. Laura began their career at the Financial Conduct Authority, where they worked as a Senior Associate from August 2008 to December 2018.

Laura Ledgard attended Colchester County High Grammar School from 1988 to 1995. Following that, they enrolled in the University of York from 1995 to 1998, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History.
