Arturo Sekijima is a Senior Apple Platforms Engineer at SiriusXM since April 2023, focusing on implementing player logic and UI for the SXM streaming app across multiple Apple platforms. Previously, Arturo served as a Senior iOS Engineer at The New York Times, contributing to the final stages of an audio product launch, and held similar roles at Hypergiant, Disney Streaming, and BairesDev, where responsibilities included app feature development and ensuring app stability. With a career beginning at Cell Telecom as an intern and extensive experience in various engineering roles since, Arturo has a strong foundation in iOS development, having worked with a variety of technologies and teams across leading companies. Arturo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
