Jennifer Rogers

Jennifer Rogers, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SiriusXM, a position held since January 2021, after previously being the Associate Director in the same department. Prior experience includes over a decade at Wells Fargo where Jennifer held the role of Vice President, Sr. Organizational Development Consultant, focusing on developing diversity and inclusion strategies while consulting with executive leadership. Earlier roles at Wells Fargo included OED Consultant and Strategy Consultant, where Jennifer managed the award-winning Reverse Mentorship Program and facilitated professional development workshops. Prior to Wells Fargo, Jennifer worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, specializing in change management and process testing. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA from The University of Georgia, specifically from the Terry College of Business.
