Michelle Sinner

Michelle Sinner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Inbound Sales for the Connected Vehicles Division at SiriusXM, Michelle oversees a significant virtual sales team and is responsible for achieving sales targets and performance KPIs. Prior roles include Director of Customer Service at Automatic Labs, where management of customer experience was a primary focus, and Sr. Manager of Customer Experience and Loyalty at Expedia, where strategic initiatives to enhance customer loyalty were implemented. Michelle's leadership experience spans operations management at Aegis Communications Group and Countrywide Home Loan Inc., as well as program management in telecommunications with VarTec Telecom and Sage Telecom. Michelle holds degrees from East Central University and the University of Central Oklahoma.
