Patrick Newland

Patrick Newland is a seasoned professional in automotive product development with extensive experience at SiriusXM since November 2014, where current responsibilities include providing strategic technical leadership as a Distinguished Engineer for automotive programs with a focus on innovative solutions for key APAC OEMs. Previous roles at SiriusXM involved managing engineering teams for OEM application engineering, successfully launching products with major manufacturers such as Honda and Nissan, and driving the integration of advanced software features. Prior to SiriusXM, Patrick held positions at Ford Motor Company, Hyundai-Kia, and DENSO, contributing expertise in voice recognition and navigation system development. Patrick holds a degree from Western Michigan University, completed between 1994 and 1999.
