Defanda Tritya has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition and healthcare. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Health Care Nutritionist at PT Sari Husada. In 2018, they had internships as a Food Service Manager at Hikmah Food Catering and Rumah Sakit Universitas Brawijaya, and as a Clinical Dietetic Intern at RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. In 2019, they served as a Community Dietetic Intern at Wahana Visi Indonesia and Puskesmas Dinoyo, and later became a Nutrition Consultant and Health Advisor at PT. Organik Sehat Alami. In 2020, Defanda Tritya worked as a Nutrition Coordinator at RS. Bunda Group and co-founded Nutrahome, where they also worked as a Nutrition Consultant and Co-Founder. Defanda Tritya's education history begins in 2009 when they completed the Pre-Elementary 3 English for Juniors program. In 2010, they completed the Mathematics and Science in English Program at the Pilot International Standard School of SMP Negeri 1 Tangerang.

From 2013 to 2017, Defanda Tritya attended the University of Brawijaya and obtained a Gelar Sarjana (Bachelor's Degree) in Ilmu Gizi (Nutritional Science). Meanwhile, in 2014, they received a Sertifikat Akreditasi Program Studi Ilmu Gizi from an unknown institution.

Moreover, Defanda Tritya has acquired several certifications related to their field. They completed courses such as Online parenting class - Intensive mpasi expert from The Good Parent in August 2022, Weight Loss Coaching Mastery from Udemy in February 2022, Exercise, Genetics, Nutrition from Gizi Kebugaran Indonesia in July 2021, and Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Fraud Prevention Control (HACCP, TACCP, VACCP), Implementing Food Safety Management System FSSC 22000 version 5.1, and Implementing Food Safety Management System ISO 22000: 2018 from Catalyst Consulting in April 2021.
