Holger Fink

Holger Fink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nearshore software development, project management, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Senior Advisor at TRUSTEQ GmbH and Sirma Solutions, Fink has also been the Managing Director and Owner of Holger Fink Management Consulting since 2010, focusing on project recovery and interim management. As CEO of FiFaO since January 2020, Fink invests in innovative ideas. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Startup Consulting Company, Managing Director at it-economics GmbH, and Senior Program Manager at Deutsche Bank, where Fink led the integration of the SAP Core Banking Platform. A former Partner at Accenture, Fink directed large systems implementation and outsourcing programs. Fink holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
