Martin Paev

Martin Paev, CFA, currently serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Sirma Group since June 2022 and holds the position of Chairman and CEO at SORTIS GROUP, an investment banking boutique established in February 2010. In addition to these roles, Martin Paev is a Partner for Bulgaria at Globalscope Partners Ltd, and has been the Owner and General Manager of SORTIS INVEST and Sortis Real Estate since 2006, as well as Sortis Credit since April 2008, and General Manager of SORTIS Hospitality since May 2013. Martin Paev's experience encompasses financial and investment advisory, M&A, and real estate management. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Economics, Banking and Finance from Sofia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, complemented by exchange studies in Business Administration and Finance in Germany and the Netherlands.
